Summary: The bathroom door didn’t latch and constantly opened itself when we’d attempt to close it. The AC unit was detached from the wall on one side and half the room (closer to the door) was extremely warm. There was food debris on the wall of the bathroom

Summary: Our room had blood splatter on the walls, headboard and lampshade. My husband a federal law enforcement officer immediately had our son exit the room. We were given another suite only to find mold in the shower toilet and bathroom floor. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. The staff was friendly, unfortunately the person at checkout Lori was miserable. Don’t stay here it’s nasty!

Summary: The location was great and not far from town. The breakfast was really good and staff kept everything in stock. Our only major issue was noise! I don’t know if it was because we were on the main floor or what, but every time the room next door would go in and out their door would slam shut shaking the walls in our room. We could even hear the conversation being had next. We could hear the foot steps and wheels of suitcases from the people above us. Even sleeping in was difficult because of all the noise that can be heard from the lobby.

Summary: The property was well maintained & clean. The only problem was walls were thjn so we could hear the other guests talking super late. In the morning someone pulled the fire alarm.

Summary: We reserved two rooms for our trip through hotels.com, but the property only had one room on our reservation. Luckily they were able to book a second room for us. Property was clean but not sparkling, another run of the vacuum would have been nice. Our 2 year old very much enjoyed the breakfast and pool, both of which were very good.

Summary: Staff were very responsive to our needs. Not much within walking distance but downtown is a 5 minute drive away. Very convenient to highways. Breakfast was the best I've had a hotel in a long time!
